Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, a refund may be issued only if the following conditions are met, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. -
Inspection and Reporting Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at:

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will review the case and issue a full refund to your original payment method without requiring the product to be returned.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product has been used or damaged after delivery
- Sale items or gift cards
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered under any circumstances. -
Shipping to the European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Even for shipments to the European Union, the 14-day return policy does not apply. Refunds will only be processed under the conditions stated above (defective, damaged, or incorrect products). -
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the product is:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
