    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

  3. Shipping Fees

  4. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.
  5. Delays
    We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
  6. Incorrect Address
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If you experience this issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
